Exchange Policy
Please take note that we only offer exchange, not refund. All our products are 100% Q.C. before shipping. Exchange is only allowed for products with flaws or defects. If the product arrived damaged, please notify us via email at help.lookingluxestore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. When your request for an exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement product for free. For exchange, product(s) MUST be unused with all the original packaging. No exchange to different models or colours. If the model that you require for the exchange is no longer available, we will give you the option to choose different model of the same price or lower. No exchange for reasons such as change of mind or customers found cheaper items elsewhere.
AFTER AN ORDER IS SUBMITTED, THE BUYER ENTERS INTO A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER TO PURCHASE ALL ITEMS IN THAT ORDER.
If you received the wrong order, we will send you the correct product(s) quickly and shipping fees will be on us. Sales items and items with discount codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and when customer returns product to us for an exchange postage is at customer’s expense. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND THAT DOES NOT MEET THE TERMS OF OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY.
