2) What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

3) How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
After checking out, you cannot add any more item to that order. You will need to make a new order for the additional item.
4) I received an incorrect item.
We are very sorry to hear that. Please notify us via email at help.lookingluxestore@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out quickly.
5) Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are cancelled if we do not receive payments from you via the payment gateways.
6) I couldn't proceed with payment.

7) How do I track my order?
You will receive the tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please ensure you have given us the correct email address.
8) Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it about 24 to 48 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend or public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
9) I did not receive tracking number?
Please check if you have given us the correct email address. Also, check your Junk Mail in case its there!
Notify us via email if the tracking number is still not there after 48 hours.
10) How much is the shipping/postage fee?
All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
