Shipping

We aim to process your order within 1-3 days of it being placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. During the holidays, processing time may take longer than usual. You will receive an email confirming your purchase when your order is shipped, including the tracking number.

For Express Shipping, typically it takes about 4 to 10 working days upon order processing to reach you.

For Standard Shipping it will take about 10 to 15 working days upon order processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Some areas may take ADDITIONAL 2 to 3 days to arrive to your location. Delivery for metropolitan areas is usually faster than to remote areas. While most packages will arrive on time, some may be late if there are congestions at our carriers and suppliers’ end. Circumstances that are beyond our control such as major holidays, inclement weather, job and industrial action, etc may result in shipping delays.

Items may be subject to customs inspection. Customs clearance is not included in delivery standard time. You are responsible for original shipping charges (unless it is free shipping), all applicable custom and duty import fees.
